1:1 Health & Wellness – Help Me Heal
This is a more in-depth 3-session program that takes place over 6 weeks for those struggling with more than a few symptoms. It will teach you how to use food to heal and naturally balance your hormones so that you can lose weight without dieting, counting calories or crazy amounts of cardio. It also looks at the role that exercise, mental/emotional wellbeing and environment play on our overall health.
This plan includes:
An initial 60-minute consultation to review health status, dietary habits, lifestyle and all other client concerns
Pre-recorded modules delivered weekly, covering the 4 pillars of optimal health – Nutrition, Movement, Sleep and Mental Wellbeing. Each module contains actionable steps to take weekly, as well as sample meals and recipes.
A personalized supplement recommendation
Two 45-minute follow-up consultations (at Week 3 and Week 6) to review status and provide final tweaks
