RESISTANCE TRAINING

Why resistance training? It’s not just about looking great in a bikini, although this can be a great motivator. There is lots of research to suggest that it’s also got amazing health benefits as it:

  • increases bone density
  • builds lean muscle mass (muscle burns fat)
  • boosts metabolism and assists with weight loss/maintenance
  • regulates insulin and lowers inflammation
  • makes you more resilient to disease
  • improves sleep
