PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup of cashew milk (or any nut milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons of date sugar or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot over medium heat. Whisk together and bring to a simmer.
  2. Pour into mugs and sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
