- 1 cup of strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup of cashew milk (or any nut milk of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin purée
- 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1-2 tablespoons of date sugar or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients to a pot over medium heat. Whisk together and bring to a simmer.
- Pour into mugs and sprinkle with additional cinnamon.
