Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels
- 1/3 cup of nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoons of light oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Directions:
- In a medium-sized pot, add oil and heat on medium. Add 2-3 kernels, and once they pop, add the rest and cover with a lid. Shake pot around to coat all kernels with oil, and to ensure they all pop without burning. Keep shaking around until all kernels have popped.
- In a large bowl, add popcorn, nutritional yeast and salt. Toss until well coated.
