Serves: 4


  • 2 cups of large flake oats
  • 2 cups of unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • 1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, hemp seeds or ground flax
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


  1. In a large glass container with lid, combine all ingredients and mix well. It can be divided into individual servings using small mason jars.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. To serve, top with your choice of fresh berries, apples, nuts and seeds.
