- 2 cups of large flake oats
- 2 cups of unsweetened non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, hemp seeds or ground flax
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- In a large glass container with lid, combine all ingredients and mix well. It can be divided into individual servings using small mason jars.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, top with your choice of fresh berries, apples, nuts and seeds.
