Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oat milk (plain, unsweetened)
  • 1 cup of frozen mango
  • 1 cup of arugula
  • 1/2 cucumber (medium, chopped)
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower seed butter
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
