Makes: 2 cups
- 15oz can of chickpeas, including the water (aquafaba)
- 1/4 teaspoon of cream of tartar or lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- In a bowl, add all ingredients and whip using a hand mixer.
- Whip until stiff peaks form.
- Serve as a topping to any dessert or fruit.
